How to wear/remove contact lenses?
To wear: Hold your upper eyelid with one finger and your lower eyelid with another. Using a mirror, look forward or slightly upward. Place the lens in your eye, then close your eyes slowly to let it settle. If the lens isn’t comfortable or clear, remove it, rinse with solution, and try again.
To remove: Hold your upper and lower eyelids open, look upward, and gently pinch the lens with your thumb and index finger. Avoid using your nails. Remove the lens, clean it with the recommended solution, and store it in its case with fresh solution
What should I do if I feel discomfort while wearing my lenses?
Remove them immediately and check for any issues. Clean the lenses, ensure they are not damaged, and try reapplying them in the same position or turn over the lens. If the discomfort persists, consult your eye care professional.
How long can this contact lenses last without opening the bottle?
You can check the expiration date on your contact lens bottle. It is listed under the ingredients section
How many month can I use the contact lenses?
Our contact lenses can be worn for up to 3 months
How to store the contact lenses?
Store lenses in a clean case with fresh contact lens solution. Do not use old solution, mineral water, tap water, or saliva for storage.
Where are contact lenses not allowed to be worn?
Contact lenses should generally not be worn in the following places: swimming pools, hot tubs, natural bodies of water, sauna, dusty or sandy environments, etc. These environments can expose lenses to bacteria and chemicals, increasing the risk of infection
What should I do if my vision is blurry while wearing contact lenses?
This may indicate that there is dust on your contact lens or that the lens size does not fit your eyes properly. Clean your lens, and if the blurriness persists, consider getting a different size on your next purchase.

Return And Refund Or Exchange
- You are requested to contact us via the contact number to proceed with the “return & refund/exchange” process. Our Admin will assist you shortly.
- The condition below must be met for the “return & refund/exchange” process to be approved:
– The code sent is not the same as what was ordered, and you want your money back. - Your money will be refunded once we have received the contact lenses you wish to return/ Your new contact lens will be posted once we have received the contact lenses you with to return
- How to return the parcel?
– You can go to any courier branch (e.g., JNT, NINJAVAN, FLASH).
– You can drop it off and inform the staff that you want to use the “DFOD” service (the item will be delivered to us, and we will pay the shipping cost in cash).
